Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money paid over the last quarter (unless the subscription is less than that in time period), provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each product before subscribing as it provides all the details about the services of the product you subscribe to. Also we suggest you read our terms and conditions and privacy policies to ensure that you are completely informed on the implications of using our products.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their subscriptions and request a refund from us, which does not exceed a quarter of amounts subscribed to or less if so applied. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests for cancellations will only be accepted upto 3 months (1quarter) of subscription received. A reason for this that if a client has paid subscription regularly then they are happy with the services rendered during that period and they cannot be offered a refund on previous services used, but only on services received in the last quarter. Any request received will be received will take into considerations amounts paid for the last quarter and only if payment is received.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund subject to the conditions in the cancellation policy above
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
